Garlic
We are starting our crop over again for the 4th time in 20 years to eliminate the diseases common in the Midwest. So we have reduced number of varieties in 2026. Please wait until September to inquire about ordering. We will set up the website for sales as soon as the garlic is sorted in fall.
We have 4 main types or groups of garlic. Artichoke softneck, and Rocambole, Porcelain and Purple Stripe (including regular purple stripe, marbled purple stripe and glazed purple stripe) hardneck. If you are buying garlic to grow why not try one from each group?

Artichoke: Stores the longest and has the most cloves per bulb, but generally milder. We are selling Sicilian Gold Softneck

Rocambole: Averages 8-12 cloves per bulb and doesn't store as well.

Porcelain: Very hardy but only averages 4 large cloves per bulb.

Purple Stripes: Medium storage capacity and around 10 cloves per bulb.
